1. Who Operates This Page

MOCKLIO (Kluger Ventures LLC, 30 N Gould St Ste N, Sheridan, WY 82801, United States) provides the hosting technology for this portfolio page.

The artist who published this page is responsible for the content displayed here (artwork, text, prices, external links, and optional Imprint/Legal Notice). The artist is the seller of any artwork listed here.

2. What MOCKLIO Collects on Portfolio Pages

We collect only what is needed to host this page and operate optional features:

2.1 Collector inquiries

If you submit a purchase inquiry, we collect your name, email address, postal address, and message to connect you with the artist. This data is shared with the artist for the inquiry and stored for as long as needed to handle the request and any related legal obligations.

2.2 Technical hosting data

Our hosting provider may process standard server logs (e.g. IP address, browser type, page requested, timestamp) for security, uptime, and abuse prevention. We do not use advertising cookies on portfolio pages.

2.3 Optional Stripe Checkout

If this shop offers Buy via Stripe, you pay on Stripe Checkout for the artist's connected Stripe account. Stripe processes your payment details as an independent controller. MOCKLIO receives payment status, listing and order identifiers, and your email so we can open Inquiries (Deal Room) and send a confirmation. MOCKLIO does not store your full card number and is not the seller of the artwork. MOCKLIO subscriptions and credit packs (if any) are purchased only on mockl.io.

2.4 What we do NOT collect here

This portfolio page is not where you create a MOCKLIO account or manage a MOCKLIO subscription. Full platform analytics apply on mockl.io — see the full Privacy Policy linked above.

3. How We Use This Information

To display the portfolio and deliver inquiry messages to the artist

To confirm optional shop Checkout and open Inquiries after a paid order

To maintain security and prevent abuse

To comply with legal obligations

We do not sell visitor data from portfolio pages.

4. Your Rights

If you are in the EEA/UK, you may request access, correction, or deletion of personal data MOCKLIO holds about you (e.g. a Deal Room inquiry or shop order record) by emailing contact@mockl.io. We respond within 30 days.

You may also contact the artist directly regarding content they published on this page, delivery of artwork, and refunds of an art sale.

5. Third-Party Links

This portfolio may link to external sites (Instagram, personal websites, Stripe Checkout, etc.). MOCKLIO is not responsible for those sites' privacy practices.

1. Who sells

The artist named on this page (and on each listing) is the seller and merchant of record for the artwork. Delivery, condition, authenticity, invoices, artwork VAT, and refunds of the art sale are the artist's responsibility.

2. Inquire vs Buy

Inquire sends a message to the artist. It is not a purchase.

Buy (when shown) opens Stripe Checkout on the artist's Stripe Connect account. Completing Checkout is your acceptance of the listed offer. MOCKLIO takes no commission on that charge. Stripe's card fees are Stripe's, deducted from the artist's Stripe account. MOCKLIO does not hold the purchase price.

3. Failed, delayed, or reversed payment

A sale is complete only when Stripe reports the payment as paid. Failed, expired, or unpaid Checkout is not a sale. If payment later fails, is refunded, or is disputed, the artist and Stripe handle that. MOCKLIO may update listing and inquiry status from Stripe events; MOCKLIO is not the merchant of that charge.

4. Unique works and editions

Listings not marked as edition / print / made to order are treated as unique: after a paid sale they are no longer offered. Editions and made-to-order listings may stay available.

5. Made to order — no withdrawal

Where the listing is marked as made to the buyer's specifications or clearly tailored to personal needs, there is no right of withdrawal (e.g. Section 312g(2) No. 1 BGB or equivalent). Other consumer rights that cannot be waived remain unaffected.

6. Disputes

Artwork disputes are between you and the artist (or via Stripe for a Checkout charge). MOCKLIO is not a broker, escrow, or mediator of the art sale.
